Salary: Up to 1.95 LPA For Fresher & 2.40 LPA For Experienced

Job Role: As a Customer Service Executive (CSE), you will play a pivotal role in ensuring customer satisfaction by addressing inquiries and resolving issues. This on-site position, based in Belapur, Navi Mumbai, offers a dynamic work environment where you can hone your communication skills and contribute to a positive customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle customer queries and concerns through various communication channels.
Provide accurate and timely information to customers.
Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient customer service.
Maintain documentation of customer interactions and transactions.

Skills Required:

Basic written and verbal communication skills.
Familiarity with open office applications, MS Word, and Excel.
Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-centric approach.

Eligibility:

Graduation in any stream.
NISM Series 5 A Certification is a plus and will be given preference.
