Job Description

Profile – Trainee Relationship Manager
Stipend: Rs. 10,000 per month to be paid
Location: Across Multiple Location PAN India

Eligibility –
Gender: Male / Female
Age limit: 20-24 years
Education: Must be a graduate (year of pass out – on or after 2020)

Job Description –Trainee Relationship Manager
1.To provide professional insurance advise to customers of our bank partners. Understand client’s financial goals and provide customised solutions to meet their needs.
2.To provide after sales service to the successful cases.
3.Coordinate work between the bank and the company if any.
4.Advise and coach sales techniques bank’s employees at the assigned branches.
5.Work towards achieving the sales target and contribute to the overall business growth.

Pre-requisites Trainee Relationship Manager
1.Local resident
2.Knowledge of local language
3.Handling of English language
4.Should possess TW licence
5.Preferably owns a Two Wheeler

Career Progression
On successful completion of Apprentices program, candidates who has achieved the business criteria of 12 lac Retails Business during this period, would be eligible to be hired as Relationship Managers.
Insurance Company also has a fast Track program, where the Apprentice can be eligible for Relationship Managers on exceptional performance with other monitory benefits.
