Job Description
The Field Sales cum Collection Executive will be responsible for generating sales, maintaining customer relationships, and ensuring timely collection of payments in the designated territory. This role requires an individual with strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills who can effectively manage field activities.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Responsibilities:
- Market Development:
- dentify potential customers for tractors, farm equipment, and small commercial vehicles in assigned areas.
- Develop and maintain a strong dealer and distributor network.
- Conduct market research to understand customer needs, competition, and industry trends.
- Customer Engagement:
- Build relationships with farmers, rural communities, and businesses.
- Conduct product demonstrations and educate customers about product features and benefits.
- Organize promotional activities and participate in local fairs and events to boost sales.
- Target Achievement:
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Follow up on leads and inquiries to close sales deals effectively.
Collection Responsibilities:
- Payment Collection:
- Ensure timely collection of payments from customers and dealers.
- Maintain accurate records of collections and outstanding payments.
- Follow up with overdue customers and resolve payment-related disputes.
- Documentation:
- Ensure proper documentation for financing options offered to customers.
- Assist customers in loan processes by coordinating with finance teams and banks.
Reporting & Coordination:
- Submit daily, weekly, and monthly reports on sales, collections, and market feedback.
- Coordinate with internal teams such as finance, service, and logistics for seamless operations.
- Provide customer feedback and suggestions to the product development team.
Key Qualifications:
- Education:
Bachelor’s degree (preferred) or diploma in sales, marketing, or Undergraduates with experience a related field.
- Experience:
Frehser & Min 1-3 years of field sales and collection experience in Micro Finance industry.
- Skills:
- Strong sales and negotiation skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Basic knowledge of tractors, farm equipment, and small commercial vehicles.
- Proficiency in local languages and understanding of rural markets.
Other Requirements:
- Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
- Two-wheeler or four-wheeler driving license.
- Familiarity with rural and semi-urban market dynamics.
