We at Reliance General Insurance are hiring for the position of MKTG – RETAIL AGENCY & BROKING Health Vertical.
Location :-Kolkata, Guwhati, Tinsukhia, Jawhat, Bhuwneshwar
Experience (Preferred) :- Min. experience required: 1.5 years in Sales
Qualification Required :- Graduation & Above ( Good Communication Skills )
Age Criteria :- 22 Years to 40 Years (Preferably)
Type of Job :- Full Time
Salary :- 5.5 lacs max + Incentives
JOB PURPOSE
Build Health Focused Agency Force
Achieve Budgeted Sales Targets (Retail Health Products only)
ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Identify a pool of potential prospects who can be coded as IRDA agent or POSP
Handholding of Advisors
Will be responsible for Training of Advisors
Ownership and Servicing of Advisors
Drive Advisor activation and progression
Teams & Conditions – Min 6 months bonds
