- Making stipulated minimum telephonic calls daily as target set by the Supervisor
- Meeting minimum number of clients daily as target set by the Supervisor
- Daily update in CRM regarding daily planning, leads received, login, sanctioned, Disbursed.
- Leads to be converted into login and get it disbursed from Bank or NBFC which gives the best rates.
- Processing of loan applications, conducting due diligence, site visits, ensure compliance of terms & conditions as per sanctioned terms, compliant documentation etc.
- Ensure all the loan related process/queries are taken care so that loan disbursal happens smoothly
- Ensure timely disbursal of loan from leads received from Customers/RBAs
- Ensure achievement of minimum 3X of billing of the cost month on month
- Maintain relationships customers, business banking & Channel partners
- Manage relationship with the customers by increasing business with existing clients and well as through Cross sell

·     Perform various financing activities as per the customer’s requirement
·     Increase wallet share by cross-selling products to the customer
