Job Description
Teller / CCE
1. Handling of cash receipts and payments
2. Cash balancing and Cash bundling
3. Management of clearing/ collection cheques/ FCY cheque collections
4. Executing of funds transfer/ FD closure / Account Closure
5. Filing of MC/ DD stub copies and cancelled instruments
6. Identification and Closure of TOD accounts on regular basis
7. Processing of Retail FX postings / Gold sales/Pre Paid Cards
8. Issuance of DD/ MC (within prescribed TAT)
9. Teller Box, Cheque Drop boxes, Vault & ATM Custodian
10. Retail FX transactions processing.
11. Escalate irate customers to Teller Auth or BM
12. Report for any suspicious transactions (also maintain the AML register)
13. Fortnightly reporting on cash transactions over Rs.10.00 lacs
14. Lobby Management
15. Queue handling
16. Escalate irate customers to Teller Auth or BM
17. Processing and follow up for admin related bills/ payments
18. Maintain the records for expense vouchers/ payments to vendors/ reimbursement to staff.
19. Generate leads for Bank’s
20. Ensure highest level of customer service.
